Fédici began during the pandemic — not as a plan, but as a prayer. Founder Faye Acaba, a wedding planner by trade, found herself searching for a way forward when the events world paused. What started as a simple strawberry cheesecake shared with family and friends quietly became something much bigger.
Named in honor of Faye's late sister Fides, who dreamed of opening a pastry shop, Fédici carries that dream forward with every cake baked. "This cheesecake started with a prayer request from God," Faye shares — and that spirit of intention runs through every layer, every crust, every carefully placed strawberry.
From a kitchen in Pasay City to the tables of Antonio's fine dining in Tagaytay, from the iconic Cup o'Berry kiosk to towering Giant Cheesecakes as wedding centerpieces, Fédici has become the brand Filipinos trust for moments that matter.
